Prerequisites

• PADI Adventure Diver or equivalent.
• PADI Emergency First Response (First Aid) or proof of Medic first-aid training within the last two years.
• One of the adventures dives must be Underwater Navigation (mandatory).

Min age: 12 years

Course contain: Self rescue + 10 exercises + 2 scenarios
